13th March Midnight Football
The second night of the football competition brought further talents to the surface. The boys were also awakened through interactive seminars and great coaching.
On this second night of the intense competition, the boys involved were able to not only show their footballing ability, but they also were able to attempt gaelic in the coaching session. Our JIMS boys participated with great laughes and have mentioned the gaelic training as one of their favorite parts of the football scheme thus far.
The boys also enjoyed a session full of interact as facilitated by Shiela Harper from React. They were challenged to think through various life choices that they encounter at school, family, and weekend environments. Through such a session the boys were also able to begin building friendships with one other.
Once more, the matches were intense as competition between teams hightened. The Boys’ Brigade continued with strength and have pulled ahead in the compeition.
