Cage Football
Cage football returned to the square on Saturday, 5 March. The evening was organised by JIMS as part of its Nite Lite programme which operates on the streets each weekend.
Over fifty people gathered at the square in Kilkeel on Saturday evening to take part in cage football. Nomad, a part of Youth for Christ, returned with several staff members to referee the cage football matches. Local police were on hand to show their support and provide pizza for the young people. JIMS looks forward to the possibility of working more closely with Nomad in the future.
