Saturday, 10 April was an evening of bright lights, great music, and fun dancing at JIMS. Instead of a theme, we relied on the young people and the music to create the atmosphere, and they did!
Per our youth committee’s request, we brought out the smoke machine which added to the fun. Though we didn’t have as big a crowd as usual, everyone in the room was up and dancing and having a great time! We had 4 people participate in our dance off to The Killers “Human”. Though a valiant effort was made by all, Joleen won the crowd’s vote. She declined the prize, however, which then went to Jenny, our runner-up. By the end of our evening, we were all quite tired from all the dancing, but we thoroughly enjoyed the night!
