Ten Year Celebration Service
On Sunday, 20th February JIMS held a special service to thank God for all the work done through the centre over the last ten years.
The night included several times of worship and testimonies by three young people impacted by JIMS. Neville Wilerton, who volunteered with JIMS early on, returned from England to speak at the event. Over seventy people were in attendance, and each was challenged to focus on the story that God was writing. Young people now attending JIMS were encouraged to ‘go for it’ by those who had gone before them. A running theme throughout the evening was of thankfulness to God for all that He has done and of expectancy and anticipation for all that He is yet to do.
